• Details about your equipment and service needs, such as equipment type, make, model and the problem you're experiencing
• Any other information you include in your message or share on a call

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type, device type and operating system
• Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the website, search or ad that referred you
• General location (city or region) based on your IP address
• Phone call details, such as the number you called from, the date, time and length of the call, and the web page or ad that led to the call

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to service requests, connect you with your local Nextech representative, dispatch technicians and provide quotes
• Communicate with you about service calls, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, parts and warranty support
• Set up and support customer accounts, including our Facili-Trac asset management platform
• Train staff and maintain service quality
• Understand how visitors use the Site and which marketing brings in customers
• Improve our website, services and advertising
• Protect against fraud, spam and misuse of the Site
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure our advertising. These may include:

• Google Ads and Google Tag Manager: measure whether our ads lead to calls or form requests, and may show our ads to people who have visited the Site. You can manage ad personalization at Google My Ad Center.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

Call Tracking and Call Recording

We may use a call tracking service, which may show a different phone number on the Site depending on how you found us. This lets us see which website pages, searches or ads lead to calls. Calls to these numbers are connected directly to Nextech.

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training and record-keeping. When call recording is active, you will hear a notice at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may tell our staff, hang up, or contact us by email or our online form instead.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

• Nextech offices and affiliates, including our regional offices and companies we have acquired, so the right local team can handle your request.
• Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, form processing, email, analytics, call tracking, scheduling, dispatch and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Equipment manufacturers and parts suppliers, when needed to process a warranty claim or order parts for your repair.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, customers, employees or the public.
• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Facili-Trac and Careers

This policy covers the Site. Our Facili-Trac customer platform and our careers site at careers.nextechna.com may be governed by separate terms or privacy notices. Information you submit in a job application is used to evaluate your application and may be handled by our applicant tracking provider.

Data Retention

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide services, maintain service, maintenance and warranty records, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Call recordings are kept for [90 days] unless needed longer to resolve a dispute.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• Email: you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message. We may still send messages about your service requests.
• Text messages: if we text you about service calls, you can reply STOP to opt out.
• Access, correction or deletion: you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Do Not Track: the Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us below. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to other websites, such as our Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn pages and manufacturer sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
