CMS Nextech acquires DegreeOne and grows its Nationwide presence

CMS Nextech is excited to announce the acquisition of DegreeOne, a leading nationwide HVAC, refrigeration, and high-end food service company. “With this expanded footprint, we will be able to provide an even better service offering to our customers.” said John Gelp, CEO of CMS Nextech. The acquisition of DegreeOne was finalized in July 2022 and will increase coverage in key states such as California, Arizona, Washington, and Connecticut among several others. Customers of CMS Nextech will benefit from the alignment of more technician resources and support. Together this grows CMS Nextech service resources to around 1,000 technicians located across the United States.
