Dispatcher Notes:
- Technicians will be texted the below notification customized to include their associated password for their account.
- If the technician does not receive the text message, or we do not have their contact information, please have them call our Service Desk at 321-473-0472 OR they may send an email containing their contact information and a good time to call them over the next week to [email protected].
- We are staffed from 8 AM – 10 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
- Please ensure they let our agents know they are from Prodigy and need assistance with setting up Microsoft Authenticator or email.
